Terms of Service

By accessing or using Adriana Sweeps (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Bonus Terms, Withdrawal Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You may only use the Platform if you meet all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Real-money online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, and you are not located in a restricted or prohibited territory.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register and have not self-excluded with us.
• You are using your own account, in your own name, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

We verify eligibility through registration data, geolocation checks, and identity (KYC) verification. We may refuse, suspend, or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (and enabling two-factor authentication where offered) and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

All amounts are processed in U.S. dollars. Deposits are subject to per-transaction minimums and maximums set in our platform settings (currently $5 minimum and $1,000 maximum). Funds are credited to your wallet only after a payment is verified. Your wallet maintains separate balances for deposited cash, withdrawable winnings, and amounts locked for pending withdrawals. We never guarantee any outcome or winnings — games are games of chance.

Withdrawals require successful identity verification and may be subject to anti-money-laundering review, holds, and limits as described in our Withdrawal Policy, KYC Policy, and AML Policy. We may request additional documentation and may delay or decline transactions to comply with the law.

Gambling involves risk and is for entertainment only. We provide deposit, loss, and session-time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion / cool-off tools. See our Responsible Gambling page. If you self-exclude, you agree not to attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

• Using the Platform where it is illegal or while in a restricted territory.
• Fraud, collusion, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, or use of bots, automation, or exploits.
• Providing false information or circumventing geolocation, age, or identity checks.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the source of funds.

We may void bets, withhold or reclaim funds, and close accounts that breach these terms, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

You acknowledge that outcomes are random and that you may lose the money you wager. There is no guarantee of winnings. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount in your wallet at the time a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, legal/regulatory reasons, or breach of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
