1. What you can withdraw

You can request a withdrawal of your withdrawable balance — cleared winnings that are eligible to be cashed out. Deposited cash that has not been played, and funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, may not be immediately withdrawable. Amounts held for a pending withdrawal are shown as your locked balance until the payout settles.

2. Verification first (KYC)

Identity verification must be approved before any withdrawal is paid. If your KYC is not yet complete, your withdrawal request may be held until verification succeeds. We will not pay out to an unverified account.

3. How a withdrawal works

  • You submit a request specifying an amount, method, and destination.
  • We immediately place a hold on the requested amount (moving it to your locked balance) so it cannot be re-spent.
  • Our team reviews the request. Approved requests are paid out; rejected requests release the hold back to your withdrawable balance.
  • You receive the funds via your chosen, verified payout method.

4. Limits and minimums

5. AML review and holds

Withdrawals are subject to our AML Policy. Requests may be flagged for manual review based on amount, velocity, or risk, and may be delayed or declined pending additional documentation (including source-of-funds evidence). 7. Fees and currency

8. Cancelled, reversed, or voided withdrawals

We may cancel or reverse a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, error, chargeback, bonus abuse, or breach of our Terms of Service. Where a withdrawal is rejected, the held funds are returned to your withdrawable balance.

9. Dormant accounts and closure

On account closure or self-exclusion, eligible withdrawable funds will be returned to you following any required verification and AML checks, subject to applicable law.
